Slight engine miss in 1997 GDI

I am getting a slight miss in the engine when cruising at about 2500 rpm. I have just put in new NGK Platinum plugs and checked all the coils and everything seems ok. The engine has slight miss and i hear a vibrating noise from the engine. Once you accelaerate to 3000 rpm the miss is gone. What could be the problem?

-Check your spark plug wires: Wires not conducting the spark can results in a misfire

-What kind of ignition do you have...distributor or coil pack?

If you have a distributor...if so replace your cap and rotor.
If you have a coil pack...check for each coil

    Vibration/Misfire

Thanks so much for the advice. Just for your info, its a 4G93 engine that i beleive is quite unique. At the 2000rpm, there is a vibrating noise and a slight misfire, but can't be too sure.
Anyway, i changed the plugs, checked the coils again and no sign of a leak. However, i now suspect the ABS braking motor could be causing the vibrating??? Will check.

    Manual or auto?

    Flush out the transmission...

GDI's are notoriuos for weird vibrations etc....
Also check you are running high octane fuel, as they will not like anything less than 95octane.
