if you want coilovers and are on a budget, get the tein basics.

anything else you'll probably spend more money in the long run.

Webhosting for less than $3 a month? put "pinoyesv6" as a promo code.

do the eclipse tein basics work on the G then? those are the closest i can find but they are still $800. I might be able to get them though. idk though $900 plus whatever rims cost is a lot.

im just looking at too much money. What is a nice spring with a modest drop that wont require new shocks/struts?

If you drop it you are going to want new shocks and struts. ajusa has GR-2’s for around $210 shipped. Megan racing provide a 2” all around drop for only $120 and have gotten good reviews and Progress Technology springs provide a 2.2/1.8(V6) or 2.0/1.8(I4) for around 1$70. Teins will run you about $240 and will provide a drop of 2.2/1.54(V6) or 1.73/1.34(I4).
    * KYB GR-2 shocks and struts $210
    * Progress Technology lowering springs $157
    * Lowering your own car for the first time, priceless.

As long as you are not getting coilovers to slam it to the ground GR-2s will be fine. Many people have Megan or progress springs and GR-2s and report having a great ride. Birdman13 who did the lowering DIY has progress springs and GR-2s.

If so then $100 for amp
    $242 for springs
$244 for kyb struts (or are they no good with teins)
    $135 for Progress camber kit
    and ~$600 for the Rims
Thats $621 on the drop. Does that look like it would work well?
if you're referring to me, i'm on these:

    TEIN SS-P

    and these:

INGALLS front camber kit ... which is redundant because of the camber plates on the TEINS.

    INGALLS rear camber kit

also another $750 on amps and about $4500 on rims and tires.

    about $7000 total installed.
