the best springs without a kit is progress sport springs. at Ptuning.com. you could put a kit on it but i'd advise against it.

um honestly I dont remember. Check out www.ptuning.com and www.optauto.com
I purchased them off 1 of those sites. They were prolly around $150 or so.
