    Keyless Remote Trunk Release

I have a 2001 LS which does not have keyless remote trunk release. Is it possible to have the keyless trunk release by retrofiting it using parts for 2002s ?

If not, is there any good/not too hard to install 3rd party solution?

I have not seen how the 2002 trunk opener works but I looked at my friend's
Accord recently and the car has mechanical remote trunk release (with a cable pulled to the front, not the electrical kind) and some kind of add on to the opener at the trunk lid that unlock the trunk. Seems like I could just install a unit like that with the wireless receiver mounted in the trunk. But I couldn't find any information
    anywhere.

    thanks in advance.

It's probably easier and cheaper to get an aftermarket remote trunk release system...along with an alarm system.
