My suggestion would be to.. Put the stock intake back on. If that gets rid of the problem.. then there is something wrong with the one you put on. Good luck!!!

maybe the sensor got dirty when you took it out. When other people have problems with stalling cleaning the sensor usually takes care of it. Clean it and plug it in.

unplug the sensor, and disconnect the negative to your battery for a few minutes, reconnect the sensor and then reconnect your battery... turn your car on and drive for a few minutes regularly so the ECU can try to catch the new readings for AirFlow...

try that and see how it goes

double check your connections. make sure everything is tight, secure and put on correctly.

Weired...like what Quicksilver said, I would of assumed the MAS wasn't plugged in.

    1. Make sure the MAS plug if secure
    2. Reset the ECU (Unplug BOTH the negative and positive for about 10mins)

Shadow made a good point if the problem still occurs...reinstall the stock intake. If the problem is fixed..then its something with the CAI. If it isn't fixed..then it could be a bad MAS (Could of suddenly took a crap) or maybe you just need to clean the throttle body & intake manifold.

i found the source of this problem ..... when my fan turns on and blows hot air on my intake the car stalls so my guess is cold air intakes dont like hot air

:???: I dunno man..unless you are sucking in actual fire, hot air won't make a car stall.

i'm sorry man but the fan wasn't the problem,
do you realize how hot it gets in there?
yor ecu is more than equipped for yoru car to drive as smooth as butter and it be 130* outside.
that could translate to some serious underhood temps,
the car still wouldn't stall because of it.

my guess is you had a post mas air leak, and when you moved whatever you moved, it fixed the leak.
