Looking for a 7 pin igniter

I was wondering of anybody out there had a 7 pin igniter or power transistor or whatever its called in the Mitsubishi world. Its for my 90 NA 2.0 DOHC

I call it a power transistor. Only difference between a 7-pin and 8-pin, is that one of them has a tach inverter built in(I believe its the 7-pin).
