the half bumper

to install the half bumper is it easy to put on or what do i got to do to put on?

it took me 3 hours the first time. the second time around it took me a lil over an hour. it pretty much goes like:

fit, cut, fit, cut, fit, cut, fit, cut, fit, bend, cut, fit, cut, fit, cut, attach.
