What kind of speakers are in the 2000 ES Galant 4Cyl? Whats the max watts on them and how many watts does the stock CD player have? Is there a built in amp in the 2000 model?

Depending on if you have the plain 4 speaker system or the 7 speaker Infinity system. The factory speakers in the 4 speaker setup has 15w max and are basically garbage. For the factory deck, I'm not sure but I wouldn't put it past 20w.

The only Galant that has an amplifier are the Galants with the Infinity system. (ES premium package, GTZ and LS)
