rear disc brake conversion

Hello,
I have a 2011 Galant with rear drum brakes, can anyone please help me with what I need to do to convert it to a rear disc? Any and all help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

I believe this info is for the 8g galant 99' - 03'
For yours I would assume your year 11' and find a model with the rear discs, also google is a great tool for finding this info.
