    Carbon fiber

I recently bought a 24" x 16" piece of flexible carbon fiber. The original plan was to make a bezel overlay for someone (cough), but they backed out on me :? . So I need an idea for what to do with this.

Hey where did you buy the carbon piece? How much did it cost? If none of you guys are not going to make one...I will for sure as soon as get the CF.

    Hey do you mean this???

Mine is actual flex sheet carbon fiber. I bought it on ebay. I am still not sure what I am going to do with it. For those that have seen my interior, you will understand just how much is going on in there. I am just not sure where it would fit in.

Ok, I got an idea. I am going to make a glove box compartment.
I drafted out the image below. It will look pretty bare until I get all (some) of the other shit, but here is the game plan.

    1. Nitrous arm switch
    2. Remote bottle opener switch
    3. Bottle pressure gauge
    4. Air Fuel Gauge
    5. Pocket (Planning on getting a venom PCM)

Now my only delema (besides getting the cash for the mods) is what to do with the center (where the fake wood was). I am thinking of fiberglassing it and making it smooth, with an opening (lower than the OEM) for a in dash DVD. To do this I will take out the ashtray and lighter (no smoking in my car anyways). I tried seeing what it would look like and the results were impressive. So I think I will try that out (since I have a second console piece)
    Any suggestions are welcome.

    Thanks,
    Josh

Sneak peek at how things are going. The general idea is going to be frame everything in white Fiberglass, surround the guages with CF, relocate the buttons, relocate the radio, then put CF where the old radio was.

God bless Duct tape, my best friend when planning my mods.

damn it! I had the same idea in my head for a few months now. But never got around to do it.

Little suggestion though. Put the TV screen on top or the radio. This way the gear shifter in son in the way when you're watching porn  I mean regular movies

This is a rough cut of how it will look in the end.
