I've had the car for 2.5 years now, not once have I had to put power steering fluid in. Its still well at the top of the reservoir, not an ounce more can go in. Is this something you flush and refill, or just refill, because I have never done either.

Also I see my coolant will need some more added soon, is there any kind i should use for winter months especially?

You should get the coolant refill and tested for quality. Also as long as the power steering fluid is clean and the level is good I wouldn't worry about it.

You don't hear or feel anything weird?

No sounds, the PS fluid is pretty dark though. The coolant im not too worried about, ive added coolant in the past and its at the halfway point, so i figured i'd add more soon.

Anyone have any ideas for flushing the power steering fluid, as mine needs to be changed due to heavy overboiling and almost frying the fluid.

Thats kinda what I was thinking, but I didnt know if there was anything like a speed bleeder for power steering that would work better.

ALL fluid is used all the time. Just because the fluid level is ok doesn't mean the fluid is ok. Power steering fluid, brake fluid, antifreeze, differential fluid, etc etc all should be drain and/or flushed and refilled regularly. Dirty power steering fluid can create issues within your power steering system.

Hah I meant the level should only be going down if its leaking. Of course you need to flush it every so often. Any fluid will need to be changed at a certain point. Brake fluid, clutch hydrolic fluid, oil, gear oil, atf, coolant, ect. :)
