because then he would have to remove his fog lights to accomodate the IC piping. you dont need that big of an IC anyway for the psi and turbo he is using

once everything is mounted im detailing the engine bay is next...the couplers are gonna be red...so im gonna go that way with the color of the engine bay..

well if you notice the crash bar has 4 floors..i had to eliminate the bottom floor completely so the intercooler would sit a little higher...other than eliminating the bottom floor and the rear of the bottom floor so the intercooler would sit as far as possible from the bumper...its preatty easy...two bolts with high strengh tread locker...and good to go...its still preatty tight intercooler is 27X2.5..im gonna have to shave a little from the side of the bumper to allow the intercooler piping to go on...will do that as soon as my couplers and piping come in...wont look bad as im gonna use a dremel to shave the bumper slowly so it slightly touches the piping...will keep everyone updated...

Looking good so far. But whats up with the random blue hoses and what not in the engine bay? Really ruins the clean look, IMHO you should take out all that blue asap.

well turboing the G is right around the corner...went to the dyno today to get a baseline to see where im at where i will end up...

this run is done with K&N Short Ram, DC-Sports 4-2-1 Race Headers, and a Costome 3" Maganaflow Cat-Back.

    heres the video

    Best Dyno Run
    110.65 HP
    123.70 TQ

First Dyno Run he messed up and didnt really get the full Torque out it...2nd and 3rd run came out better...

Not bad with the numbers i got considering the upgrades i got.... once boosted im hopefully hoping for a little over double of those numbers..which i dont think should be a problem.

    Let the turbo work begin!

Torque number ain't bad but 110 HP...eek, if a turbo doesn't double that or at LEAST get you to 200/205 I'd be sad.

yep...well the guy said he could have pushed a little more ponies out if the engine was warmer...and having a 3" cat back is no good either...not that much difference maybe 3-5 ponies more...
