"i wanna say 35, i think that's what is stamped on the wheel. i can go re-look in a few. yea it says 35, 17x8"
    "tires:Sumitomo HTRZ 225/45/17"

you should be fine with that series tire. I remember Reelax saying something about how that is the perfect tire for 17's. You should get it BBS wheels are hot. It'll look really good.

    Hubcaps vs. BBS for $300

I think you know what wins....

and the measurements seem fine, hell if they don't work out, just resell them for 400

hows the damage on the 2 rashed wheels. rubbing or not, i wouldn't even consider it if u had to replace or pay alot to repair the 2 wheels.

Webhosting for less than $3 a month? put "pinoyesv6" as a promo code.

    do the math.

    don't b so lazy.

i gave you all the information you would ever need to figure this one out if u sat down and did a little math.

i told you 17x7.5 +45mm 225/45r17 is perfect (also 18x7.5 +45 225/40r18 is perfect - and by perfect i mean 1 finger gap between sidewall and fender on suspension travel). so given that those measurements are "perfect" to get how much more these will stick out by adding 1/4" to each side of the wheel (the wheel is 8" wide so that is 1/2" wider than 7.5", so you add 1/2 of that to each side which means 1/4") and you add 10mm of negative offset (+35mm sticks out 10mm more than +45mm with the same wheel width). so add 1/4" and 10mm to see how much more these will stick out. obviously you can't add inches and mm so you have to convert 1 of them... let's convert the mm to inches since in america we are more familiar with measurements made in the standard scale (althought the metric scale makes way more sense). so i'll give you some info that u could have found in 2.1 seconds by typing in "google" in the address bar of your browser and hitting control+enter, to find the "standard to metric conversion"... 1"=25.2mm. so 25.2mm/1=10mm/x" where x is the unknown. 25.2mmx"=10mm(1") x=0.3968"=0.4" so now add 0.4" and 0.25" = 0.65" or roughly 2/3" so that's how much further than "perfect" they will stick out.

with 18x7.5 +45mm 225/40r18 lowered on H&R cut 1 coil i had less than a finger (1/2") clearance from tire to fender, but i never rubbed. a quarter is 1" wide so 2/3 of that is how much further out these will stick than what i had on my car b4.

17x8 +35mm 225/45r17 will fit your car. will they rub w/o fender rolling? probably... especially if you correct your rear camber, to avoid premature wear on the inside edge of your rear tire tread, as that pushes the tops of the wheels out even more. b prepared to roll/fold/cut out your rear fenders, or look for another set of wheels and tires.
