My Rental.......

ok guys, all this week my car was at the shop getting cement taken off. a few months back the city of chicago works got cement on my car. my insurance wanted a police report and the police were giving me the run around so i wouldnt get the report. finally i get the report and take my car in. here come the funny part. i get to Enterprise on monday morning thinking im going to get a nice looking car for the week.....WRONG!!!!! this is what i end up with.

the ugly green machine....Chevy Aveo

i couldnt really do anything. when i dropped off my car at the body shop they picked me up in a Ford Taurus. then i was thinking ill get something nice at a good price. when i get to Enterprise, the only car they had was the Aveo. i was like what? i want something else. they said they didnt have anything else. the Taurus they picked me up in was given to a lady that was waiting there for it. anyways at the end, i got the 8G back and ill take some pictures of it so i can show it to you guys....

Exactly I only use Enterprise and when my car went into the shop they tried to give me a Town Car, Titan, Gran Prix. I fianlly settled for a Trail Blazer, then I week later I said fuck this and I got an Altima. They can get anything from another location.

That sucks! That thing is horrible. That happened to my b/f at Enterprise. The Chevy dealership had his truck in for service and they had to keep it overnight, so they had to rent him a car. Enterprise said they couldn't give him anything that wasn't made by GM. So his only choice was a bottom of the line Chevy Cobalt that had manual windows! He looked like a giant in that thing.

man the car just made me depressed. i had to roll up the windows and everything. made me sad as hell. they told me i could of gone back in and see if they had something else to switch with but they close at 6pm and im at school at that time so i never could go back in and see if they had something else. bastards.

Enterprise has a marketing system to renters that they start out w/ one of the best cars on the lot that they CAN register to you, then slowly work their way down to a lower quality car so that the better ones are available to those that rent individually, rather than through insurances.

They started me out with a loaded Ford Fusion (great car to drive) to a base model Hyundai something or another... i told him i'd take the chevy cobalt, but w/e...

well i paid out my own pocket for the rental. i really didnt feel like paying $400+ for a SUV or something. i was thinking like a cobalt or something. maybe even a neon or a another color aveo would of been better. yes the color made it a chick magnet. LOL.......
