I found some 5" fog lights that fit the h4 bulbs but I was wondering has anyone did this before I was thinking I could cut off the factory harness and go to the junk yard and find two h4 harness and reconnect it for the fogs. Do you think this is possible. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

will 5" lights fit in your bumper?? i have 4" lights and they fit snugly.
but yea, for wiring, i wouldn't just connect the fogs to the factory wiring. i'd upgrade the wiring and just use the factory wiring as a trigger for a relay.
factory bulbs are only 37.5 watts whereas h4 bulbs can put out way more than that.
