    Eyelids

I am currently in the beta stages of creating some eyelids for my 9G... not vinyl... I am going through the motions of actually fitting some cardboard, cutting and working it the way I want it to fit, finding a way to make them bracketed to bolt on and then comes the second stage.... BONDO! I'm gonna work and sculpt it over the cardboard to the form and shape of the finished piece via sandpaper and time. After this I am going to find a place to throw me a mold of it and see if I cant get it in a finished Carbon Fiber manner. If anyone wants to see what I have going on so far let me know and maybe this little project can grow and get support.... Money's a bit tight for me but I do this for all those 9Gers that would like their G to have a face with a look.... Will post pics of the cardboard layouts on and off the car in a little while.... PLEASE give me some feedback on them so that I can maybe make it a finer lid for all us 9G owners to have :)

That's exactly the look I'm going for...I want the car to be pissed off looking...and have been begging various vendors to do them and they all give me the DIY response...don't want to do it my self a-holes! lol

Well, With the blinker bulbs in the front changed to red the car looks mean as hell as is... almost evil.... with the lids killing almost half the headlight it will just be sweet as hell.... im trying to find a place to press a mold so it can be produced in high quality plastic or carbon fiber, but cost for the molding process is a bit more than i thought so it will be a little bit of time before the mold will be pressed and ready for the lids to be made... Soon hopefully *crosses fingers*

If I remember it correctly the top bulb is 1157? (check 9G bulb list), put a red rubber condom from Autozone.
and the the bottom is a 194 red bulb

You mean like these....? I did this with black vinyl...they look pretty good for the test models, but the right headlamp vinyl needs replacing because too much got trimmed off......

(Dont mind the dent, she hit a dog......)
