I guess you have to get a ticket for this to really understand what it is all about. Speed racing. or street racing classifies as two cars enganging in an acceleration contest. This dont matter How fast. or where u are at. Reguardless of the speed limit or other circimstances. I was coasting home down 6th street and poped it into neutral... Revved up, crusining next to my friend. The speed limit went down from a 35. to a 30... I was still coasting threw the 35... 42 miles an hour they clocked me at. In neutral.627 bucks.... Never the less, racing is not something ment for the same road as people and women and children traveling around . and driving too and from work, just let them live there lives without saying. Holy shit, that guy was going wayy to fast. Think of the time it takes to stop... people children, and or wildlife., think before u race. take it to the track
