Arospeed Coilovers......Any good???????

I been thinking about putting on some coilovers on my 8G. I really don't know too much about coilovers besides the fact that I can adjust the height of the car. Are these any good? And is this an average price for coilovers? Also, how much does it cost to get them installed? One last question. Is adjusting the height something that can be done easily and quickly?
