Shift boot

For anyone who has an after market (leather) shift boot.

HOW DID YOU INSTALL IT!

I won one on Ebay, just a basic regular shift boot, but I cannot, for the life of me, figure out how to install it (I know how to do the top part, just not the lower part). I came with 6 small wire ties.

Pop the trim ring off from around the console, then fasten it down (to anything you can). Replace the trim ring.
