1g cam angle sensor fix?

Hi everyone, i have a 98 galant, i got a 95 talon tsi from my friends a few months ago (got T-boned), i've been searching and using all the tutorials on the board to swap everything over to my galant. So far ive done the 5spd swap (3 days of using an air chissle on that damn spacer), 5lug conversion, swaped suspension, rear disc conversion, installed turbo, fuel pump and injectors and currently doing the ecu swap. I only have one question so far. Could some one explain to me exactly how to do the 1gen CAS fix? I've searched and searched and searched but i cant find any information on it. Thanks
