Cool car man. Not feeling the vert, but I hardly ever like verts. Good Auto-X cars, not as cool as the e30s though haha.

Id love to have an e30 coupe :)

It had to be a convertible for me. I always wanted one, and now was my chance. I agree the hardtop convertible looks better, and they do have an optional hard top, so I might buy one by next winter.

Mod? Of course I'm going to mod! First, I have a few repairs to take care of, including an insanely oxidated rear window, leather seats in less-than-perfect condition and a blown convertible-top motor. After all that, she's going to get a nice set of BMW rims (I want the 17"s), tint, projector headlights (the real deal glass ones), LED tails, lowering springs on the front end, and probably a CarPC. That's just what's on my list for now. I'm sure I'll come up with ideas as I go. Feel free to throw your ideas at me. Performance mods are a big no no with this car, because for one it's a BMW engine, and if I break something by modding it, BIG $$$ to fix. For two, this car is insanely fast already and I have no need to make it faster.

Thanks for all the compliments. The specifics:

    1994 325iC Convertible
    127,000 miles
    Engine Type I6, dohc - 24v - mpfi
    Engine Size 2.5 liter/152 cid
    Horsepower 189 @ 5900
    Torque (ft/lbs) 181 @ 4200
    Wheelbase/Length 106"/175"
Transmission four-speed automatic w/od (I wanted 5spd but for the price I got this car for I was willing to sacrifice)

I frickin' love this car. It's so much fun to drive and man, there's just nothing like dropping the top on a hot day, bumping up the tunes and just cruzin'. Worth every penny. :D

Funny you should point that out, because I probably will be getting that first kit that's on that page. Makes it look like the E46 if done right.

make sure you paint the top of the muffler black because that the only ting that is turning me off in that kit is that you can see the top of the muffler

When we pulled up to the guy's house to see the car, as soon as the car came into view my girlfriend nearly SHREEKED and said "THAT'S THE CAR!?!?!" and jumped out of the car before I could park it so she could run over and look at it.

To test drive it, we dropped the top and she jumped in and I drove. We didn't get half way down the guy's block before she was creamin' on me and begging to drive. =)

I've basically begun modding the car already. My buddy from work who has an E36 M3 gave me his European clear corners and I'm going to put them on the car next chance I get. They look exactly like the orange ones that are there, except they're white. They're OEM too (I think).

When I get my tax return, I'm going to probably spend most of it on this car.

As soon as I get the rear window fixed and the interior re-done, the projectors+HIDs and LED tails are the first things on my list. After that, rims.
