Dont cut the springs and dont buy only two springs for the front.

I wouldn't recommend it..but there are members here that have cut 1 coil off the stock spring and "evens" out.

For around $100..you can get a set of lowering springs and do it the right way and get the ride height you want and better handling with it.

I went to a machine shop and they told me $100 to cut them , so i'd rather go w/ the new springs

Please people. I'm a Gunsmith and I've had so many classes on the subject. NEVER CUT A SPRING. Especially if it's going to bearing such a load. It exposes non heat-treated material and thus weakens the structure as a whole if nothing else.

Just get some Bomz or Megan springs. All of those kits lower the front more than the back. The Bomz and Megan kits are the cheapest I've found that still seem quality enough to trust. They're around the same price I think (Bomz are a few bucks less). Bomz are blue and Megan are like light orange.

I would NOT go with eBay for springs since they have SO many counterfeit springs on there right now.

I would not buy Bomz springs either. Tein, Eibachs, Progress, Sprint, Megan are comapnies that I would trust. This is a very important part of your car & going the cheapest route might not be the best idea.
