Well its time.... UPDATED 07/05/07

Welllll some of you already know my car is not in the grade A condition. That kind of started to bothers me. So I’ve decided to change it a little. Here are some shots of whats going on. Everything should be done by the end of the month or the first week of next month. Once again Central Auto from Ridgewood, NY is doing all the work.

I wanted to strip everything out of my car for this so nothing would be damaged by accident.


Everything removed, J is taking a ride on the floor.

Overall the car is beat and tired, it needs the roof welded, a full paintjob and alot of dents knocked out of it.


Windshield has been removed to repair the roof, its also getting replaced.








Crashbar has been removed for a near future project.


Roof is finished next should be the trunk and the hood.





Well this Sunday has been one of the most insane Sundays yet. Basically it turned out to be 3 Manual Swaps, 2 Suspension installs, 2 transmissions rebuild. 5 guys 16 hours total! - Must be a new record.

I purchased a Quaife LSD and Tein SS-P w/EDFC from FrankMB and decided that it was a good idea to install everything in 1 day. Its 1:46 PM and I just got to work, lol.

I wasn't really too happy about the way my sidemarkers were so decided to make them look like real JDM.







Don't have too many pics of this but I decided to change all suspension bushing to energy suspension ones (didn't take that long)

Good luck with the project, full paintjob? Was your car garage kept mostly?

Its not garage kept, the rust is because the car was involved in a front end collision by the lst owner. So when they replaced the windshield there was some crap there that started to rust 2 months after i got her. Its actually more work then you think. There is alot of things being done while the car is there. You'll see some pics on sunday.
