I found some SSR SP1s for sale. Thing is they are 18x8 and +37 offset. Will they fit?

they should. are you dropped? you might have to roll your back fenders if you go with a bigger sized tire.

bolt pattern and tire size do play a big issue with fitment also.

guy selling the rims says tires are 225/40....what do you guys think? I thought with 18x8s, people usually run a 235?

I have 18x7.5, and i run 225/40/18's. The most I can go is 235/40/18 on those wheels but I would have to roll the fenders. Also if your dropped, that offset might be a liitle to low. Stick to around 40-45mm.

my zigens are 18x8 with the same offset....they will fit...i was on 235's but switched to 225 to avoid rubbing. 225's will look fine on 8 inch width.

I have 18x8s on my car with a +35 offset and I am running 225/40/18s without a problem
