    yup, at first it was just an idea, but when i tried it on a lil piece of the carpet it came out good so i did the whole thing, took bout 3 cans for the complete black look

    looks okay but still like it was painted, i prefer more vynil less paint or at least sand he area smooth so it takes better to the area and look kind of like fg..... they have dye for the carpet also but i hear it fades hopefully the paint will do better

    yea true i should of went with a flat black instead of glossy, thats why it looks like that and i've also heard of the dye fading so i tried sumin new

    Im no expert on spray paint, but your average can of spraypaint is a lead based paint. Paint on carpet, over time will flake and paint dust will be present. If you inhale that stuff long enough, it WILL kill you. It causes cancer as well.

    there is paint out now made to go over cloth.
    im hoping thats the kind i have, maybe thats the kind that has no lead in it

    nah not really, i let every thing sit over the weekend to air off so by time i put everything bak in, it was aired out

    i knew a guy that painted his carpet in an altima, he didn't use floormats so over time he'd have to touch up where people put their feet, but it lasts a long time. look good btw.
