also his car is lowered so you shouldn't be able to see that much into the well. The car is on jack stands.

just a few pics i took while installing them,
i like big pics as you can tell.

i'll get some more shots tomorrow.

i've been working most of the day trying to get them tuned how i want them.

its too early to really give a review, but i'll just say the handling is supreme.
i finally have the ride height where i want it, and in the morning i'm driving up to the alignment shop to finalize the install.

at this point i'm at dampening level 1 all around. and the galant is pretty damn responsive.
each strut has 36 levels of dampening adjustment, 1 being soft, 36 being go kart.
i can cornerweight each wheel by adjusting the preload of the spring.

and ride height is independantly adjustable,
so i can slam it to the ground without sacrificing ANY suspension travel.

so i'll update this thread as the weeks go oby, relaying my thoughts and feedback on my new setup.

anyone interested in picking up a set, hit me up and i'll tell you where to get a great price on this killer setup.

yes they make them for the 8g/3g
    they have two models,
wel same model, but one set woudl be inverted monotube, the other woudl not be inverted monotube.
i'm sure the inverted will cost a tad more... but its sooooo worth it.
having all the weight of the assembly on the chassis side instead of unsprung, would take a great deal of weight off the suspension.

    for example(and a crude one i know)

take your hand to your side and move it back and forth like you are spanking your monkey.
then put a 5 lb weight in your hand(or anything heavy) and try the same thing.

much much harder to do isn't it. especially if you are trying to move your hand exactly as fast as you were before you put the weight in yoru hand.
now put that weight on your shoulder ... and it has zero effect on how fast you can move yoru hand....
    get the idea?

when you put heavier wheels on your car, big brakes, heavy tires, these all have the same effect on the springs/dampers of your suspension.
inverted monotube puts the strut cartridge and majority of the assembly's where it has no effect.

www.performancedsm.com is where i got them.
sign up as a member and you will save money on anythign you purchase from them.
you will have to email wayne because the 3g d2 are not on his site.
but he can get them and get them super fast.

check out the site. they actually even make a 8 pot caliper set that will fit 7g's
and a 6 pot for the rear.
no need to go 5 lug.
