not the best quality picture I know you suppose to work with good quality pictures

I'd rather have the knowledge and ability to do it than the money to buy it already done.
To learn photoshop by the official adobe book. It's great and comes with a cd with tutorials and work to do to make you better at it. It's an A plus skill
