actually alcahol is used as a fuel. some dragsters today still use it. but yea, lots of people here post shit here like the electric supercharger and stuff...but this one makes u think
Now you gave me ideas. Can you pour the alcohol directly into your gas tank like gas?

a wouldn't pour alcohol into the gas tank. just because alcohol requires a higher air fuel mix. so if u had alot of alcohol in there it would be like u were running lean.
oohh so the vapor jet, would kinda contol the mixture then?
im always weirded out with this kind of stuff unless i see it with my own eyes i wouldnt do it pouring alcahol into my gas tank dosent sound too good next thing you know id be taking my lant to A.A meetings

Oh I don't know about this Pinoy....There are some gas stations around here that uses ethanol or methanol additive or some shit like that, my car runs like shit for several tanks until it's completely out of the system.
i didn't say anything about it working. this system just got me thinking. i can so easily rig up something similar to this with a soda bottle and a couple hoses. wanted to see waht other people thought
I dunno bout this like many of you, i have done some weird things to my car, but never added off the shelf alcohol or even rubbing alcohol.. Some of the claims being made seem to good, like a sec better in ur 1/4mile time.. FOr myself i would need to see a before and after dyno sheet, with engine temp readings just to make a good decision..

My Father once told me how he ran a setup exactly like that back in the day on his souped up VW Bugs. I think he used a mixture of water and alcohol. I said he was full of it, but he swears that it really worked. After seeing this, I'm beginning to believe him.
I have poured alcohol in my tank before, no real difference but it is supposed to clean the injectors and get the water out of the tank.....no real power....
I think they said... DRINKING VODKA.... basically your so drunk you think your car is flying!!
I've also heard if you crush a moth ball and mix it with gas it will be a cheap octane booster... but I'd never try it!
Drinking beer will make your car seem faster also... the amount will vary the car's feeling of speed... and will most likely result in injury or death of yourself or others!!
