Very Nice.... did you do the IC piping yourself, what size is it?

i did the whole project myself, including the intercooler piping and exhaust. i did all the welding and custom fabrication. for the charge piping, i just bought a whole bunch of straight peices and some 90's, fit it all together and welded them in place. i was actually pretty straight forward. i welded the bov flange to the upper pipe and clamped it to the lower pipe so it can be taken off easily.

Looks good but fyi the bov is welded on to close to the tb. When you get the gen 2 make sure to put it closer to the tb than the bov that way you don't have problems stalling between shifts when venting. Nice work though :smt023

ya, im putting the maf right on the throttle body, i kinda planned it that way. i already tried installing a gm maf for mock up and everything fit up perfect so should be no problems

yep lol well not really actually it runs fine surprisingly but idles high and has horrible gas mileage. i dont drive it on the road right now because its not done but i can start it up and drive it down my street and back. im not going to kae it out and drive it alot untill its all done and i know everything is running smooth.

well i suppose the no MAF "limp home" mode that the ecu goes into isnt too bad for turbo, as it just gives it as much fuel as possible until the code is reset...
