The Viper interior. It looks like a pic that you'll see in MotorTrend mag.

Very nice. I like the first and the third one.

What camera and settings did you use?

The Viper interior pic definately looks like a magazine shot. The first one is just a cool pic. Be tough to pick between the two for a contest. I'm not sure what they look at more.

Im not sure what they are looking for, but I think I will do 1 & 3 and some other one.

They were all taken on an S3IS using manual setting, but they were photoshopped a little. All I did to the bike was change the photo to black and white and keep the tank/fender red.

#1 is truly your best shot, however I really hope you have a higher resolution than those posted because the sharpness and depth of detail is lacking for a forum comp.

    #2, just disregard.

#3 is a great shot in iteself, again, lacking depth in sharpness and quality. I would of changed the angle on it a bit more to the right to capture all gauge sets available,

    post up the originals!

Rules say 600-800px for the longest side is the max. I have the full 6mp version...

have you worked with anything other than color saturation, adjustments, smudge/burn tools, or any of the filters?

Not on these pics. I dont like to use PP on pictures I take, but I didnt have any good ones for the contest so I editted the bike pic a bit. Wish I would have just used the color accent on the camera, it usually gives it a better look.

    Heres the original bike pic:

    1 & 3 are the best.

3 looks like a magazine picture. You use a tripod for that or just have a steady hand?

i dunno about #1, it has a sign coming out the seat.

  18. #18
When you do images always try to block of things that are in your way also.

the rear tire is also too dark. the brakes are hard to see against the tire. its just black space
