It looks like you put it in a few inches deep so that you can still put stuff in the cubby?

Looks good but it looks like your deck is just sitting in there from the pic.

It does look like it's sitting there.. Mine looks like that too.. It is mounted in but it sits out far so that the screen can come up..

Where did you get the plexi to do that and how did you do it?

Looks Good. What are the dimensions for the Plexi and what did you use for make it light up? Where did you hook up the light to?

I'm going to take a crack at how they probably made it...
Get some thin plexiglass from Home Depot, some black paint, tape, some stickers or decals for your design, wiretaps, some leds from radio shack... Measure the space you want your custom plex, cut the plexiglass according to dimensions, lay decals/stickers/design of your choice on glass, paint black, let dry... while drying wire up led in space to a bulb that probably comes on when you turn on your headlights, when all dry pull off lettering carefully.. install in space, and you're done.

Now I could be completely wrong, but I that's how I'd do it... and I'd say it'll take about an hour with drying time if you use paint.
