service engine light

i keep getting a service engine light,when i check the code it comes up either misfire on cylender 2 or misfire on 4.The engine also breaks up badly when accelerating. I replaced the wires once,the spark plugs twice,and the ignition coils twice. the problem is still persisting.when i replace the igition coils the light stays off and the engine doesnt break up for a few weeks then begins again. has anyone else had a problem like this?or any feedback on what else i could check. thanks ahead of time. i also have the same problem but it only shows cylinder 2 (i4) and my plugs,wires, and coil packs are only about 5 months old
