This is actually a Japanese event I forgot what it's called but it's meant to irritate and make disapproval of "The Man" aka Jap laws ans stuff. And it all sounds like metal flaps stuck in mufflers. Insane though

They are called Bosozuko, they were originally a country-wide Jap motorcycle gang, terrorizing the streets in early 70's-80's but now they are watered down to making these cars and drifting.

The photoshop is waaaay old, like before people started putting bodykits on Galants old, lol. Yeah they mostly do it with old timer tuner cars in Japan, like 280z, Silvias, older Skylines, Toyotas anything that can handle a long long pipe and can look rediculous ha ha ha.
