What turbo is this

I have searched but havent found anything like this. Heres what I know

1.Its a mitsubishi turbo but has the t4 flange
2.Its externally gated
3.The number stamped on the compressor housing is 49186-50[5]00
4.On the black plate it reads
Type TF07-17m
Serial no: L28472
Part NO: 40-3897731
MFD. NO: 49186-00200

My ? is what turbo is this and what car is it for(or came from)

Just happen to have a T4 with split turbine flange for sale. Would be great for a 4.6. Was going to put it on eBay but figured I'd try stangnet first. Equal to a 60 trim. Mitsubishi Type: TF-07-17M. Part number 40-3897731. Numbers on the compressor housing are as follows: 49186-50500. Will support over 550 rwhp on a 4.6. New and never bolted up. Oil return is threaded and will come with a threaded aluminum flange for the oil inlet. Asking $500.00. PM or email for more info.

Another thread concerning a Mitsubishi "Hercules" lists this same part #. I think it may be off a tractor or something

Yeah thats definetly a heavy equipment item and not something that is made for a car
