    NY shooting range meet 8/12 - Not 56k friendly anymore

    A few TGC NYers took the trip out to the Poconos in PA to shoot guns.

    I didn't see everyones target sheet, but I think I did pretty well for shooting a target 40 ft away.

    I rolled out from by Poughkeepsie. Took me 1 1/2 - 2 hrs to get there. We would have a meet closer upstate if we had more people to have the meet with. No one lives that far up.

    We're not up to that level yet. That's for advanced shooters. We learn that after we learn how to run and shoot at the same time while avoiding being shot at

    I forgot I brought my camera until we got to the dinner that allowed 5 people to smoke at any one time (and we were not any of the 5).

    If you bring your own gun, you will not have to wait to shoot. It was busy on Sunday. Snowy and I decided to bring our own next time so we can shoot non-stop.

    Next time we'll ghetto it up and scream "rock-a-buy-baby" or "East Coast TGC bitch" before every shot. :smt068
