Yep i used a hack saw, But i bondo'd the whole thing afterwords. Cause it was anything Buy smooth. And i used expencive ass mesh. Ill get some pics tomarrow. I spent about 10 hours workin on this thing ;) I wonder what someone would pay for a custom USDM Grille ? I also Bondo'd The mesh screen onto the grille, from the back side ;) So there is 0 play in the mesh hehe .
i agressivly used the hacksaw ! hehe, i ended up having to use the hack saw blade by hand, and it worked well. Horrible. But lots of sanding, and bondo. Produces results. This is my first time ever touching Bondo. Or doing any kind of custom fabrication like that. it was fucked up, i ran my grill over ( EX got stuck under my main cross member and the road.)
