as a profesional welder, (ASME certified) i have seen some stupid stuff. but wow. why would you bother doin somethin stupid like that? and just for some info, those tacks might hold up to an extent. at my work, i have to make 1 small tack to hold up 200 pounds of stainless untill its welded in place. so if done right theyll hold but those look really hacked lol. but ya thats gonna mess up the whole turbo. might as well be on a honda...
