At least have the scrupples to cut the pieces to fit perfectly and practice some welding with classes or something. Now, Ive never welded before. But, Ive seen enough pictures to know that some bad welding there.

Some people will do anything for crack and a little horsepower.

those are just tack welds. to hold the pieces of metal together.

I'm not sure how that sped up his spool because with the extra weight of the metal as well as the reduced air flow, I would imagine that he would be spooling slower. That thing is just gonna fall apart in a few days. Turbo blades spin at a few thousan rpms and are balanced. His random tack welds threw off the balance of the turbo fins.

hes got like bean tacks on uneven spacing and am I wrong or he melted a hole in one blade. Crappy. If I had done this exact work I would have never posted it. I would be embarrased of the micky mouse quality.
