Man, if we got that stateside, I would definetly keep it in the family. From the body lines, it looks alot like the Taiwanese 8G.

this would never make it to our market, maybe in third world countries where they dont like the 9g, never in the history of car making Have I seen a car company go back in generations, thats just an 8g with a differnt front and different tailights.

Umm...why not just buy a Lancer and do the conversion? Why would you spend thousands of dollars for an 8G to look like a Evo X? When the new Lancer IS the Evo X?(without all the bells and whistles) :?

it LOOKS damn good for an 8g.

a nice spin in a scene where all the cars are starting to look the same.

    but....

i bet you'd see cobwebs if you popped the hood.

Looks good in the front.. But too many people would mistake it for a lancer from the front.. "Ehh what it that? A Lancer?" Thats when you pull out your knife and shank em in the jugular knowing that you spent 10 thou on a car to make it look like a Lancer?

  17. #17
all i can say is that if i eer had an opportunity to buy it, i would be all over that!!

  18. #18
damn thats crazy. at first i didnt know it was a conversion and i was like, "too weird... looks exactly like an a g." other than body lines, profile and shape, the 8g just has a unique stance i think

Maybe they want all the bells and whistles. Not to mention the interior on the 8g is nice.
