Pretty sure it's possible, only problem is how the heck are you going to maintain the engine if something goes wrong. Every part has to be ordered from overseas. I think that's the only thing that is stopping anyone from really attempting it since the motors aren't very expensive. :|

are u starting out with a v6 or an i4? if its an i4, i would say dont even think about it cuz it will cost ALOT! u'll be better off swapping in an EVO motor

You are better off using a EVO 7-9 engine. Last person that tried this swap never accomplished it. Its not for the faint of heart to attempt.

These JDM VR-4 engines are more suitable for the 7gen Galants since they have the same motor mounts.
