Radiator overflow tank and Tuppets problems

Hie guys...I have a 1998 Viento 2.4L Mitsubishi Galant and I must say its a sweet ride....however of late I noticed that the overflow tank for the coolant is drying up fast and I fill it up more frequently than ever..about twice or thrice a week. It wil be dry but the radiator will be full.
I aslo noticed that there is a sound coming from the tuppets.

How do I fix this

hey bud welkom to the site. you might wanna check your hoses for clogging. if not the hoses maybe it's the radiator. might wanna drain it and check also for clogging. hasn't overheated on you right? but really it might just need a little cleaning. sound from the tuppet? where exactly do you hear it?

make sure the reservoir is not cracked or damaged.
