subs for type of music?

if you get a quality sub and the perfect amp to match... it will be perfect for whatever you listen to... i have 1 12" power acoustic fubar titanium series sub which is 1800 watts max 800 rms and an alpine V series 800 rms @ 2ohm amp pushing it... i also took the ideal specs for the sub and matched it to a vented enclosure for 1.5 cu ft. and it sounds damn near perfect with anything... mtcavity1 has heard it at very low levels and it's beautiful... you just have to make sure you get a box that's the perfect size for the sub and amp combo you are running and tune it to the desired freq...
