Foglight Install?

Well my problem right now isnt really the wiring...I had aftermarkets wired in. Same bulbs so all I have to do is connect em. What I am having issues with is how to mount the stupid lights themselves! I went to the dealership parts department and they have no idea what they are doing.CAPS doesnt weven show a mounting bracket...so how th fuck do these things stay put in the bumper!? No one can seem to tell me that much
