Is there any ECU that I can use that will allow for the 5-Speed swap not to throw codes once it is installed?

no. ive searched and searched, but i haven't found anything. look in the tutorial section and it tells you.

johnathansgalant is working on the EVO ecu for his 2002(turbo applications for now), and raz is doing the swap on his 2002 and is trying to overcome the CEL problem we have. check their threads for more info on swapping ECUs....
