today i closed on my first home. its a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 car garage townhouse.
here are some pics i took today right after the closing. it needs some work, just mostly just paint and cleaning. oh, and getting rid of the old lady style wallpaper LOL.
if anyone is driving through minnesota, i have a spare room you can stay in. but beware, i will offer you beer! ;)

im sitting in the spare bedroom right now on my laptop... using someones unprotected wireless signal LOL
they listed at 150k, i made and offer of 142k and i would pay closing costs.
they came back with 145k and they offered to pay all the closing costs. so either way, it would have cost me 145k.
