Why are you using an SAFC when you can use EcuFlash and Tactrix cable to do the same thing and more? Please sell that POS AFC and use the following as a reference:

    http://www.club3g.com/forum/gt-gts/6...shi-cable.html.

The ONLY reason to use something like an SAFC over the cheaper EcuFlash solution is if you have a 1999-2000 Galant without a flashable ECU.

Except don't actually follow those instructions and go here:

For people other than the OP, you have to have a 2001+ Galant in order those use this stuff.

edit: And to further justify EcuFlash over a Shitty-AFC, I'll say one thing: no airflow piggyback adjustment. Meaning, with an SAFC, you're simply tricking the ECU into putting less or more fuel into the cylinders by modifying the airflow curve. This also messes with timing. So you pull "fuel" to lean out the mixture and get more power, but you're simultaneously pulling timing because you're lowering the airflow Hz. This is why people see almost no results with the SAFC on airflow-tuned cars.
