    HOW DO I TIGHTEN MY THROTLE BODY CABLE?

    I HAVE A 03 galant es, how do i do this small change? any help or advice?

    Why do you think it needs to be 'tightened'?

    it was lagging really bad when i stepped on it like nothin was happening for a few seconds

    That doesn't mean its the throttle body cable. I'd start with cleaning the throttle body.

    or making some horsepower.











    lol ok im sorry but really though, if it is as "laggy" as you describe i think you need to start with tuning up your car to run correctly. i.e. spark plugs, wires, compression test, cleaning your tb, making certain your automatic (cough the problem cough) is operating efficiently by having it flushed and the like. make sure that your car works as if it were new before you think anything is wrong or needs to be modified.
