That seems to be the same exact diameter as stock (24.2"). Should be good so long as nobody has any rubbing problems.

Ive ridden in Johns car with his 225/40/18s on KYB AGX/Eibach Pro kit combo and he only rubbed during extreme suspension compression, like when corning a 90* corner at 40mph while on the throttle the whole way through the turn kind of suspension compressing.

    Other then that, road great.
    7g for life!

Why are you wanting such a small wall on your tire?? I mean I have 19s and have to run 35 series but 18s, I would not do anything less then 40 but thats just me. I had 225/40/18s prior and no issues at all and was lowered 2 inches but make sure you have the right offset on the wheels.

    thats a low sidewall yes,
but its the proper series for that rim diameter on our cars.

i personally run the taller tire for comfort, and for better gear ratio.

Dunno, but one thing people forget is the middle number is a percentage of the width. So a 30 aspect ratio (profile) on a 255 mm-wide tire is 77 mm tall sidewall which is pretty significant.
