you;d have to have a GS ecu to accomplish this.
So, its 94 Galant and i have the DOHC head, but my question is if its posible to wire up the stock ECU to run the coilpacks and the camshaft angle sensor. I dont have separate crankshaft sensor, its all built in the distributor. Any help will be appreciated!

Is the 1G ECU gonna do it. Its alot easier to find one on a good price
not without a TON of wiring.
I did it to my car when i did the 4g63t swap.....
I wouldn't want to do it again.
Let just sum it up in one word:
Painstaking.

ok, last update. I decided to convert to OBD2, and for this purpose I went to the junkyard today and pulled a 96 engine harness. Everything is the same but the intake manifolf pressure and the crank position sensor which is placed somewhere in the timing belt area.
The bad thing - I really dont wanna play and install this sensor so is there a way to hook up this plug to get signal out of the distributor of 94.
The two distributors are different in size, but they have the same connectors with the same number of wires on top.
