Still why bother with diamante calipers? Why not just get V6 8G dual piston calipers? Those are a guaranteed fit bracket and all.

the chance of finding a v6 galant over here is very slim for osme reason most of them are 2.4l

It is a matter of being right or wrong. If they didn't fit why tell him they do? Why let him bother with this whole mess of attempting to install incorrect calipers and brackets in the first place? Why let him spend money and time on something that won't work anyways?

You should be the one refraining from speaking on this topic. Its been verified many times over that if one wants dual piston calipers for their I4s to use V6 8G calipers. Why even consider something so obviously wrong? Why tell another member that it would work?

    Have a little common sense....unbelievable.

Then buy them from a local autoparts store like Napa, Pepboys, Autozone, O'Reilly etc...

Remanufactured calipers aren't that expensive, especially seeing that you get the right brackets, pads, and hardware that will fit each and every time.

Trust me on this, its my business to know vehicle maintenance and mechanical repair.

Dont waste your time on trying to put diamante parts, 3000gt, or other shit on your car, just get the right part from 00 eclipse v6 or 99 galant v6.

Whatever, I'm fixing the problem, but if you want to make this a debate like you always do with shit with me, just shut the fuck up, I'm not in the mood today.

Whatever. Next time maybe you will learn from your mistake and not tell someone something fits without any experience to verify it.

Get over yourself, your crying is pitiful.

Come on man lets be real. Its your brakes, its a important safety feature of your vehicle and if you don't have the money you really should be messing around with it.

Modify something else like your wheels, body kit, intake, or exhaust. If you can't properly modify your brakes you really should take on that project.

Look motherfucker, don't start this shit with me again today. Don't chastise me over this. It's getting fixed tomorrow, it's not that big of a deal as you're making it.

You need to calm down a little. I have every right to tell people that they shouldn't mess around with their brakes if they don't have the right parts, or the money to be doing so.

Its a big deal (especially to the member who is having the problem) because if that bracket is mangled up to be 'made to fit' you open yourself up to all sorts of possible problems. Its not right on your part to be telling other people what to put on their cars for brakes.

Legally you could put your self in harms way. So whether you like it or not, I'm protecting him and you here. Look I don't have issue with you, you seem quite knowledgeable in a lot of things, but not with mechanical parts.

Don't mess with brakes, do it right.

Don't tell me to calm down about anything. You don't know me, you don't know him, you don't know anything about my knowledge or his knowledge of cars, so that doesn't even give you the right to comment on that. It's not a big deal because it's getting fixed. I know how Aaron is and I didn't want him to mess with it to try to get them to work because he is a little drill happy when things don't fit. I just supplied the parts, I'm not doing the install, so it's the person who's doing the install responsibility as well. I was told the parts to get, so I got them. So really, I don't need your protection. I didn't ask for it. I see you changed your tune a little bit, but whatever. And by the way about your previous comment, for me to get over myself, you need to get over me first. You're always quick to jump on my back over shit you think you know absolutely everything about. In this case, you don't know shit about the whole situation.

    Get over yourself.

I know the calipers are wrong.

    I know you supplied them.

I know you overreact about every situation.

I know my business is to know automotive service and repair.
